Infinite Campus Parent and Student portals were upgraded on 7-9-17. Security measures were updated in the upgrade. When logging in to the portal, a user may be asked about recognizing the device they are using to login in with. Place a check mark in the box to Recognize the device and click Continue. An email may be sent to the email address on the account letting the user know that a new device has logged into the portal account.
